1. Acceptance
By accessing or using CFB Dynasty Tracker (the "Service") at https://cfb-dynasty-tracker.onrender.com you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction).
3. Accounts
You are responsible for your credentials and all activity under your account; provide accurate info; notify us of unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable use
Do not: violate law; infringe others' rights; upload malicious code; attempt unauthorized access; scrape or overload the Service; or upload illegal, harassing, or infringing content. We may suspend/terminate violating accounts.
5. User content
You retain ownership of content you create/upload. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and process it solely to operate the Service. You must have the rights to anything you upload.
6. Third-party services
The Service integrates with Google/YouTube, Twitch, and Discord; your use of those integrations is also governed by their terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service, Google Privacy Policy, Twitch Terms, and Discord Terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
7. Intellectual property; no affiliation
The Service and its original content are owned by CFB Dynasty Tracker. This is a fan-made tool not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Electronic Arts, the NCAA, any college/conference, YouTube, Twitch, or Discord. All team names, logos, and trademarks belong to their owners.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind (merchantability, fitness, non-infringement). We do not warrant it will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data/profits. Total liability will not exceed USD $100.
10. Termination
You may stop using and delete your account anytime; we may suspend/terminate for violations or to protect the Service.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING JURISDICTION — e.g. the State of X, USA], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules; disputes resolved in the courts located there.
12. Changes
